Technical Support Manager

The Position
The Technical Support Manager is the high-level help provided to the customers. He will report directly to the management of the company.

He/She has good technical knowledge and problem solving aptitude in order to handle a technical support manager job. The job requires the technical support manager to get the problems sorted out within the given deadlines.

In order to accomplish these objectives, he might need to train people about each and every aspect of technical troubleshooting. He also needs to find out the preferences of the team and assign specific problems to the respective team members. He should also have good communication skills to help the employees and also the customers understand a specific problem.

Profile
You have a good understanding of the Web and the Online advertising activities. You work independently and have excellent interpersonal and communications skills. You are organized and proficient.

Responsibilities
- Participate to the the Exoclick network content moderation & ensure that it is done according to standards
- Improve productivity by higlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training, processes and reporting
- Multichannel diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied
- Report operational achievements and progress to the management on a regular basis
- Prevent the network to be abused by malicious programs
- Detect fraudsters
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- Ensure appropriate process standards are met and maintained

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a web technical position (webmaster, developer, technical manager, …) and/or support.
- Prior experience resolving technical issues.
- Fluent English (French/Spanish is a plus).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to make presentations to management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency with web applications (browsers, Instant Message, software).
- Good technical knowledge (HTML, JS, iFrame, PHP, Proxy, ...)
- Good security knowledge (XSS, ...)
- Ability to manage efficiently simultaneously several support tasks.
- Ability to deal with frustrated customers.
- Experience in the adult industry is a plus.

Publisher Account Manager

The Position
You have a role of Sales and Account Manager. Your responsibilities include the prospecting of new publishers, new traffic sources... (Telephone, Email, Boards, Shows, Social Media). As an account manager, you have precise revenue goals and need to use all the resources at your disposal to reach these goals and grow the revenue generated by your portfolio of clients.

Profile
- Solid experience in a similar position.
- Money-driven and motivated. True salesman that can negotiate contracts.
- Independent and pro-active.
- Organized

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in online sales.
- A minimum of technical skills. HTML, JavaScript tags, Analytics tools, etc...
- Good skills with Office applications such as Excel.
- Good understanding of the web from the publisher / webmaster perspective
- Perfect knowledge of the different ad models. CPC, CPM, CPA, etc...

Skills Appreciated

Advertiser Account Manager

The Position
As an account manager, you are responsible for a portfolio of medium to large advertisers and take care of the creation, management and optimization of online campaigns into ExoClick's proprietary platform. You are in direct contact with the advertisers and make sure to reach their goals in terms of ROI, volume and monthly budget. You generate statistical and financial reports for your clients and your management.

Daily tasks include :
- Creation and optimization of campaigns.
- Advertiser accounts monitoring.
- Clients followup by phone and email.
- Web sites classification and network optimizations.
- Negotiation of monthly agreements.
- Start-up of new advertisers.

Your goals :
- Reach the ROI goals of your clients, ensure a continuing relationship.
- Grow the total revenue generated by your portfolio of clients.
- Connecting campaigns to the right traffic sources in order to generate high publishing revenues.

Profile
You have some solid experience as a media buyer, advertiser or traffic manager. You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers and you are able to manage hundreds of campaigns successfully.

- Analytical mind, good with calculations and statistics.

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in the online advertising industry. (Media Buyer, Account Manager,...)
- Perfect knowledge of the different ad models. CPC, CPM, CPA, etc...
- Expert in the management of online advertising campaigns. You must have run several successful advertising campaigns in the past.
- Fluent English.
- Great understanding of the Web, from the user and publisher perspectives.
- A minimum of technical skills. HTML, JavaScript tags, web analytic tools, etc...
- Good with statistical reports and data analysis.
- Very advanced use of Excel, formulas, macros...

Senior Web Developer

The Position

- Good sysadmin skills under UNIX systems.
